The State Treasury shall present its proposal for the final central government accounts to the Ministry of Finance by the end of March.
The Government shall present the Parliament with the Government annual report in the form of a review of the Government’s actions, management of central government finances and adherence to the budget as well as those actions that the Government has undertaken due to decisions made by the Parliament in accordance with section 46 of the Constitution. The final central government accounts are attached to the Government annual report.
