What is the Nordic Peppol Construction Industry Forum?

The aim of the Nordic Peppol Construction Industry Forum is to facilitate a place for end user organizations to share ideas and learn what is happening in the supply chain digitalization in the Nordic construction industry. The participants are encouraged to share best practices and brainstorm solutions for shared problems.

One reason for this forum is to promote interoperability to avoid situations where each country creates their own solutions which do not work outside of the country borders.

From an eInvoicing, eOrdering and eLogistics perspective Peppol Network offers a lot of potential for interoperable, standardized, and digital solutions.

Who is the forum for?

There are no restrictions on who can join the forum, but the topics are focused around the construction industry supply chain digitalisation in the Nordics. Therefore the forum is aimed for:

  • Experts from the construction industry
  • Construction industry interest groups
  • eInvoicing, eOrdering and eLogistics Service providers of the construction industry

Who is the forum organised by?

The Nordic Peppol Construction Industry Forum is organised by the Peppol Authorities of the Nordic countries which include Finland (Valtiokonttori), Sweden (DIGG), Norway (DFØ), Denmark (ERST) and Iceland (FJS). Each Peppol Authority takes turns in taking the responsibility of hosting the meetings.

    Participating in the work is free of charge. The forum meets once per quarter remotely in Teams.
